SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products priced at Elisa-Rose Company, includes tax but excludes any relevant shipping and/or handling fees that are calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail and have a processing time of 2-7 business days (depending on shipping option chosen), after an order has been placed. Should any order take longer, by Elisa-Rose Company will notify via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left our holdings.

All orders have a tracking number, that is also sent via email through Royal Mail. For any packages deemed lost or significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact Royal Mail directly to raise the issue. This because Elisa-Rose Company cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, where valid proof of shipment (including tracking number) has been provided.

RETURNS

Given the nature of our products, used cosmetics (all skincare, haircare, makeup) or any of our other products, especially those where hygiene is a concern (smudge sticks and their holders, exercise mats, wax melts, signature candles and custom fragrance candles included), cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please understand, we cannot exchange or refund custom candles, used or unused. We are happy to offer an exchange but are unable to refund any 'change of mind' purchases.

If you receive any products damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@elisarosecompany.co.uk with proof of damage, within 24 hours of receipt and we'll be happy to replace.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a 'store credit' which expires within 12 months of the full priced purchase (does not include discounted or on offer products), that can be used to buy any item on our website.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows here.

Please note for Rossoe Wellness candles, we do not offer any reprints of labels unless there has been a spelling error, on our end. If the customer enters the information incorrectly during quiz, a charge may be required for reprinting label.

NATURE OF PRODUCT

All customers of Elisa-Rose Company  understands and agrees due to every item being handmade, they may carry minor imperfections that differs from images used on the website. This is all apart of the handmade process / natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault. Though the efficacy of our products are in no way diminished. Where Rossoe Wellness candles are concerned, the buyer must, however, understand that it is highly likely there will be variations in each candle vessel. Concrete candle vessels are produced from a material that can react differently each time and thus can carry minor imperfections, such as small air bubble holes, colour variations, dried on (no sanding) flecks, water settling, marks and scratches.

SUBSCRIPTION

A loyalty program is available  with all Elisa-Rose Company entities (Skin, Hair, Makeup & Wellness). 

Loyalty programs provide different benefits to members based on type and tier. A member’s tier is based on the option(s) chosen, for a monthly period. All member information is accessible by account login.

Member discounts are applicable only within the held, monthly, subscription period.

Fees for membership to the subscription loyalty programs are collected 5th day of every month, or the business day before or after, should the 5th fall on a weekend or bank holiday. Members are permitted to cancel at  anytime within the subscription period, before renewal on the 5th but with no refund of any already collected membership fees.
